By accessing this website and considering a purchase, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and legal requirements outlined on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"section-1-federal-law-atf-regulations-the-atf-2022-final-rule\"><strong>SECTION 1: FEDERAL LAW &amp; ATF REGULATIONS (THE ATF 2022 FINAL RULE)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1 The Current Regulatory Landscape<\/strong><br>As of August 24, 2022, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) enacted the&nbsp;<strong>Final Rule 2021R-05F, &#8220;Definition of Frame or Receiver and Identification of Firearms.&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;This rule fundamentally changed the legal status of many products we and others sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2 Definition of a &#8220;Firearm&#8221;<\/strong><br>Under this rule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>&#8220;frame or receiver&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0is defined as\u00a0<strong>&#8220;a part of a firearm that provides housing or a structure for the component (e.g., sear or bolt) and is designed to hold or integrate any fire control component.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Partially complete, disassembled, or non-functional frames or receivers&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0that are\u00a0<strong>&#8220;readily convertible&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0are now classified as firearms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Combinations of parts&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0sold together that are designed to or may readily be completed, assembled, restored, or otherwise converted to function as a frame or receiver are also classified as firearms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.3 What This Means for Your Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Products labeled as &#8220;80% Lowers,&#8221; &#8220;80% Frames,&#8221; &#8220;Unfinished Receivers,&#8221; or &#8220;Gun Build Kits&#8221; that contain a frame\/receiver blank may now be legally classified as firearms at the point of sale.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our business model has been structured in good faith to operate.
