Important Update Regarding ATF Regulations and Easy Jig Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to recent changes in ATF regulations, 80% Arms can no longer sell or support jigs directly.<\/p>\n

Support and Warranty Service:\u00a0For all Easy Jig customers,\u00a0modulusarms.com\u00a0will now handle support. Modulus Arms will honor warranty services, provide technical support, and offer replacement tools and parts for all Easy Jig products.<\/p>\n

Manufacturing and Sales:\u00a0While Easy Jigs will continue to be manufactured by 80% Arms, all sales must now be conducted through our independent dealers to comply with the new regulation. We are no longer permitted to sell jigs or distribute manuals via our website under these new ATF rules.<\/p>\n

Legal Challenges:\u00a0We are actively challenging this government overreach in court. We are optimistic about a favorable ruling from the Supreme Court in 2024, as both the District Court and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals have ruled decisively in our favor.<\/p>\n

Availability through Dealers:\u00a0In the meantime, our jigs are still available through our dealers, despite our inability to sell them directly.<\/p>\n

Our custom made 5\/16\u2033 solid carbide end mill bit is optimized for high speed precision milling of 80% lower receivers with a handheld router.\u00a0The upper portion of the end milling bit is reduced to 1\/4\u2033 to fit standard routers, while the shank and cutting surface are 5\/16\u2033 diameter to allow for easier milling with minimal deflection. This product is also proudly made in USA.<\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0This is the only 5\/16\u2033 high speed end mill that will work properly with Easy Jig\u00ae Gen 2. Using another type or size may cause damage to your lower and jig, voiding the warranty.<\/p>\n
